THE STORY SO FAR:
In 2004 ‘Fairytale Christmas’ was born, an intentional theme featuring many well known Fairytale Characters that capture the heart of young and old alike. It was an instant success with attendances and feedback exceeding expectations and the following year it was staged in the magnificent Empire Theatre for the first time. Since then, it has continued to grow in size and stature, establishing itself as one of the leading Christmas events on the Toowoomba calendar. Segments of the show have been featured in the Toowoomba Mayoral Carols event since 2007 and it continues to attract attention with at least eighteen local organisations involved through sponsorship and contribution. In 2009, it continued to expand, increasing to five shows, making it one of the largest productions presented in the Empire Theatre throughout the year. In addition, Fairytale Christmas ventured on the road, presenting two shows at the Roma Cultural Centre as part of our commitment to serving local communities.
